Notification Workflow
The My Actionable Insights Notifications page is where you will mainly work with your Notifications. In the Action Hub, you can access the My Actionable Insights Notifications page from:
- The Active Notifications and Notification Overview cues.
- The My Notifications link in the Actions area.
In the My Actionable Insights Notifications page, you can perform the following actions with your notifications (click Actions - Workflow):
Action | Description |
---|---|
Reopen | Reopen the selected closed notification. The status of the notification will be set to Open. |
Start Review | Start reviewing the selected Notification. The notification will be assigned to you and its status will be set to Review. The Time to Review, which is the time taken for the notification to be picked up since it was created, is logged. |
Close | Close the selected notification. The status of the notification will be set to Closed and the Time to Close, which is the time taken for the notification to be closed since it was created, will be logged. |
Close (Resolved) | Close the selected notification after reviewing and resolving it. The status will be set to Closed (Resolved) and the Time to Close will be logged. |
Delegate | Assign the selected notification to another user. |
You can also open the relevant Notification Card, Alert Card, and Signal Card from the My Actionable Insights Notifications page from the View action menu (click Actions - View). The Data Source action lets you explore the data behind the KPI calculations; this functionality is also accessible from the relevant Notification Card, Alert Card, and Signal Card.
