This field contains the default guest name that is used when a waiting list entry is created. The default name can be edited any time.
The system requires either a phone number or a guest ID/name to be filled out for each waiting list entry. By entering a name in this field, it is possible to create a waiting list entry simply by pressing OK in the Waiting List Creating panel.
